7 Day Challenge: Positive and Clean

Try posting in JoyFeed regularly and exclusively for one week. Bring your attention to yourself at the beginning of the week and at the end of the week. What do you notice? Do your nerves feel differently from when you began? In what way?

For an even more intense experience during the week: try scrolling, reflecting on your post, or reflecting on a post that catches your attention, or even just going for a walk WHILE listening to the BLS button (headphone symbol, bottom right). You might be pleasantly surprised 💫

BLS (bilateral stimulation) is a technique rooted in EMDR therapy. It uses rhythm and alternating stimuli to help create new neural pathways and strengthen positive memory connections.

Absolutely. Even outside the 7-day challenge, you can revisit audio sessions or use the pop-up prompts to keep joy-centered reflection a part of your routine. Our App has other daily exercises that you might like, too, and you can post on our safe, positive only social media platform whenever you want!
